Summer Program Policies

Payment is processed securely online through ACUITY SCHEDULING.
Your initial payment is processed upon confirmation of your summer program registration.
If you choose a payment plan, payment will be processed on the 1st of every month with the card on file.
If the payment plan cannot be processed with the card on file, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new payment. All summer program payments must be completed by the 5th of the month to continue enrollment in program.
If you need to put a new card on file, just let us know via email, and our team will send over instructions!

We encourage our participants to ensure they can attend all days of the session before registering. HVS cannot offer partial refunds or pro-rated rates based on days attended.

Unfortunately, HVS cannot offer refunds if a participant decides to cancel or not attend the program. HVS will retain the processed payments. If you need to cancel your participation, please let our team know so we can make the spot available to another participant.

Unfortunately, HVS is unable to offer partial refunds if your participant is unable to attend a portion of the summer program. Vouchers to other HVS programs may be offered on a case per case basis.
